Q.

my 4 month old baby does not speak or respond to my words . he even flips his hands a lot. When i googled it shows sign of autism. i am worried a lot. what to do

A. it's very difficult to say anything without examining your child physically so it's better to consult a pediatrician to have a detailed developmental assessment of your child to reach at proper diagnosis
