Q.
my 4 .5 months old baby has suddenly stopped smiling and babbling. he was babbling alot and conversing wit us. bt now he only smiles when v talk to him. babbling is stopped. even he smiles rarely not frequently. what can be the reason? is this something to worry and need diagnosis? or it is just a phase. these days he also started crawling alil. trying to do so and rolling over

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby will have total rolling over 5 to 6 months travelling of the baby by 8 to 9 months of age please wait for sometime there is no need to worry about this milestones
