Q.
My 3yrs 6mnths old is vomiting in the morning and sometimes at night also .Her stomach is always full of gas. It's happening from last 4 days . she's becoming weak

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You should give light to digest foods and give her dinner around 7 pm so by the time she sleeps her food gets digested and also a art giving her saunf and coriander water a couple of times in a day to improve digestion
