My 3yr old son has been complaining of constant stomach pain for the last 2 to 3 days. He was having a constipation when it started. But now it is gone and he is potty is normal and regular. But he still complains of stomach pain. Shall I give him Cyclopam suspension? If so, what is the dosage? Also, what could be the reason for this stomach pain? He eats all his fruits and veggies.

Decrease the milk intake to around 200 ml to 300 ml per day only.
The problem of constipation decreases with increasing age of the child and the medicines give only symptomatic relief.
