My son is 2.8 years old from last 2 3 days he is complaining of stomach pain….he does potty for 2 4 times a day but since yesterday he did potty only once and that to very hard….what should I give him for stomach pain

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine aniiid evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
