A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and she is complaining of pain in her tummy so deworm her and give her tablet Lanzole junior before breakfast

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like overfeeding,force feeding ,fast eating habit, indigestion or infection etc so please check for this offer small and frequent meal provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child. don't force feed or overfeed your child keep your child well hydrated give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene.
