My 3months old baby most of the time looking at fan and start smiling..for only few times she makes eye contact and smiles back..rarely she responds to the sounds..is this normal behaviour?

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding. If you are still concerned better consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice
