My 3 my three year old child eats well, but why does not their weight increase?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi kindly mention child's weight too first thing,if child weighs around 13 to 15 kg then no need to worry but if it is low , there can be health issues like Indigestion, worm infection, nutritional deficiencies etc
