My 3 months old baby has gums swollen at one side

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 months old now give gentle massage to gums and give a pacifier to nibble on and if pain persist give paracteamol drops 0.6 ml once
