my 3 months baby have coughing and cold it's been 3days still it's not decrease wt should do, have giving syrups also is it common?

A. unabel to own why. It is not possible to comment upon this issue as this might require a detailed examination and evaluation and also some tests to arrive at a diagnosis and so can consult a nearby doctor for the same and so .
