my 3 months and 8 days baby girl always sleeps her left side and sometimes sleeps and playss on her back position. is shee good . anything will happen?

A. See your child should not sleep in a constant position rest however your child is comfortable while playing that’s not a problem but if the child is going to sleep in a constant position the head will become Flat from that side so you really need to avoid that
