My 3 month old baby has warm head and forehead..

A. check the temp of baby .Fever is temperature more than 99 . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down or baby not looking well then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
