My 3 month baby making fist tightly and shaking both hands, is it related to seizures

In the seizure the entire body is going to shake not only you know making a tight fist and shaking the hands mostly kids do it when they are extremely hungry and they cry while doing this situation so just to be on the safer side I would recommend you to check with your doctor
