#AskTheExpert very frequently he start shaking his both hands very fast for some seconds and also opens his mouth while shaking/ moving his hands in excitement. is it normal for a 3 year old or we should see the doctor?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper hiexamination or assesgsment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

well it is not normal
but once you need tk consult your pediatrician
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
giveher supplements as suggested by your doctor
use simply purified water having tds higher 350
