Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. baby 3 months old has not pass motion you can give neopeptine drops and bonnisan drops it will help in good digestion and also try to avoid giving formula in Cow's milk

Hello ma’am It’s okay because certain kids can go without passing motion for certain days maybe a week or so but that’s considered completely normal you just have to keep checking that your child is passing good amount of urine and taking all the feet properly and there is no sign of discomfort
