Q.

my 3.5 mth old son lick his upper and lower lip feom his tongue a lot .is this the sign that his lips are getting dry or is there any other reason ..what shall i do

A. baby is 3.5 months old now and all this what baby is doing is a sign that teeth eruption is about to happen soon so do not worry about this it is not do to lip dryness on anything
