Q.

my 2y 11 m son fall down from sofa and his superior labial frenulum in mouth is teared what to do how it may heal plz some doctor suggest me I am worried

A. in such a case you need to take your child to the surgeon because if the frenum is is traumatized it needs to get sutured if the trauma is severe otherwise it may heal on its own you need to keep watching maintain very good hygiene in that area and for now you can give paracetamol but get your child examined once for further treatment

It will Hi Lynn some time but it is going to take time you should actually either consult your paediatrician or a child dentist once because I check up would be required because before the right kind of medicines are advice for this because there is a deep cut its actually split into two is better that you didn’t get it checked with
