my 22 months old hasn't started speaking yet...he only says mumma papa and bua. I have tried many methods to encourage him. but he simply rely on his sign language to talk to us. he understands each and everything we say and he tells everything in his own way. but doesn't say words. Suggest some ways to encourage him.
