my 22 months baby has motions and hands and foot are hot but body is cool is it normal suggest some medicine

It is common to see different body parts warm different cold at the same time so in case of confusion you should always take a temperature if you feel the thermometer is showing 99°F that means your child is suffering with fever then you can give medicine otherwise it’s normal
