my 20 month old has fever from last 4 days and his urine output is 3 times a day and no other symptoms ...what to do??

A. urine output is only 3 times a day baby is getting dehydrated keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake apply coconut oil on baby lower abdominal area and gently massage in circular motion monitor the temperature at regular intervals you can use Babyhug thermometer give crocin ds Syrup viral fever may take 5-7 days
