My 2 years old son suffering from Infantile eczema, how to get rid of it and how long it goes away permanently?

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further assistance. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Continue breastfeeding.
