my 2 years 3 months eat only puree food .... whenever I try she use to vomit alot

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. That’s not good so u have to try to give proper food u to teach your child how to chew the food over the period so that’s how things r for going to work out well so that’s what u need to do as of now and that’s only going to help
