My 2 year old son Has only 6 teeth in lower jaw , cannine is not visible. Should I visit dentist

A. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3-3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of remaining milk teeth
