Q.

my 2 year old girl is not pointing out to things.... nor she has spoken any word.... just babbles... she is on her own.... always attached to me.... is it an issue for concern... very very hyperactive

A. good morning it is fine is only a matter of time I would recommend you to try to be patient for a few months once the child start going to school there will be no problem
