my 2 year old baby has been suffering with a cough and a cold for 3 days. Is Azithromycin and nebulization enough to cure this?

If your doctor has recommended you this then you can go ahead with that not an issue nebulisation is actually quite beneficial in clearing the congestion apart from that massage the back chest and throat with warm mustard oil with some rock salt into that and you should do hot compress that also would be good
