for 3 days my child has been suffering from a cold and a cough fever was for 2 days . vomits 3 times. what to do

A. dear mom. if your child has no fever then you can follow a good home remedies for cough n cold. steam inhalation, ysepf nasal saline drops, apply baby vicks on chest back n bottom of feet
