my 2 year baby is eating but weight is not gaining. Do I need to worry about?

Hello ma’am Yes absolutely if your child is eating well yet not gaining weight as per the age and as per the eating then that is definitely a question of concern so I would advise you to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same because if a kid eats well then the child should gain weight also and if that’s not the case and that is definitely not good
