My baby is not gaining weight since 4 months ?Do I need to worry ??

Yup It any point of time you see that the wait has become stagnant then that’s definitely a question of concern in this case you should work upon something which will help in increasing the weight and talk to your paediatrician about and then if it is required consult a nutritionist husband
