Hello ma’am give sinarist To your child twice a day for 3 to 5 days maximum it is one of the best medicines for cold and for cup would advise you to give ginger juice mixed with honey to your child 2 to 3 times in a day as that will really help your child a lot so start giving these medicines and also if needed you can give indirect steam to your child as well
