the child is having umbilical hernia which is very common in children and goes away by maximum 2 years of age.
with growing age it regresses and goes inside
it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non complicated.
meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.

No sometimes it could be due to the reason of umbilical hernia so better get a check with your doctor because this without a proper assessment I cannot give you clarity on that but your Dr is going to help you properly after examining your child on a personal level
