Q.

my 2 month old baby's cold is affecting breastfeeding... he cant sleep due to nasal congestion... dr recommended medicine but it has paracetamol..does paracetamol necessary for cold?please suggest me home remedies for it..

A. Nasal saline drops are very safe and effective for nasal congestion and stuffy nose. They are very safe for babies also. 1-2 drops in each nostril 4 times a day.

A. paracetamol will help in decreasing the inflammation due to the cold and you can give side by side nasal saline drops . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
