My 2 and half baby feet and head are hot but head is normal. Please advise

You may measure temperature under her armpits and if it's 99.8 f or above , it's feve
please keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
don't.use demineralized Water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
give her easy to digest food only
