my 2.9 ur old daughter sweat at nite.. even rainy, n winter season.. n even fan n a.c.. what is the reason n I need solution

A. hi your baby is 3 year old now excessive sweating could be sign of condition like anemia or hyperthyroidism or some ailments related to heart or breathing issue better visit your pediatrician once
