A. hello normal in kods but yes u can definitely try to set a bedtime routine which can help the cjilf n absolutely no worries n not a priblem nit to worry about

Q. #asktheexperts hello my 5 month 23-day-old baby changed his sleeping schedule 15 days ago. he used to sleep through the night for at least 5 hours, but now he keeps changing his schedule almost every day after I come to my mother's house. I tried showing him natural sunlight in the day, let him sleep in such accordance that he would sleep through the night. but he would still wake up at night and sleep for hours in afternoon and evening. for first 3 to 4 months I used to stay up all night. it's been really difficult keeping my schedule with his accordance since he keeps changing his schedule everyday
