A. proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 3 years of age. there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child. also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development. the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present. by 18 months cif the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor for speech and development assessment. requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.

A. hi mam ,kids naturally are full of energy and active. so , as such no need of Medicine just spend quality time with your child which help to calm down your child. please limit your child screen time ,it is important because it is seen kids who uses screen more likely to be more hyperactive. make sure your child takes food and sleep both well. limit your child sugar and salt intake keep your child well hydrated
