my 18th wk is going on and my cervix length in 17wk was 4 cm... doc said me to have ultrasound in next 2 to 4wk... they will again watch cervix length... they told me tht U can be having cesarean and heavy bleeding will japen at tht tym tht can be threat to my life.. I M so worried..

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. I don’t think it’s the cervix they are worried about as the length is fine I think they are talking about placenta previa where the placenta covers the cervical opening

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would request you to please visit one more gynecologist for a proper clinical examination and taken opinion it is better to be on the safe side and taken an opinion from one more doctor before going with the c-section
