My Cervix length shows 2.4 cm. I am 22 weeks pregnant now. Is it a bad indication? How can we improve the length to 4 cm?

Eat a well balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Rest well. Inform your doctor about any changes or concerns.
