Q.
my 18months baby is not eating anything after cold started ..now she is active but not showing interest to eat food.what can be done even cow milk she don't like(only in breast feed)??I am concerned about her as I am a working women..is that because of cold or any sign of growth spurt??also she is not started to speak well..just 3 to 4words like Amma...do reply

Children are fussy eater at this age
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
