try to give seasonal fruits like watermelon and mango during summer... generally these fruits are loved by kids... once they will know how tasty they are they will tend to eat other fruits too
banana can be given in pancakes or shira
vegetables can be added in khichdi... mix it well... so that kids won't know veggies are there in khichdi
palak methi can be given by making paratha.. kids love it

Give fruits and vegetables in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food..Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
Make eating fun.
Give different shapes to fruits using cutters as it makes it attractive and appealing.
