kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years..so don't be tensed and wait.. remaining all milk teeth will erupt in due course of time

No there is no problem. Side teeth will also erupt. So no need to worry.. Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. So no need to worry.
