my 15 months old baby boy blood report diagnosed as microcytic hypochromic anemia.i m worried.what does it means?is it serious matter?his hb% is 9.

A. if you childhood 15 months old is having microcytic hypochromic anaemia that means your child is having iron deficiency anaemia and it needs a proper treatment for which you should consult your pediatrician
