my 14 months old suddenly refuses to eat almost everything and now its been 4 5 days and i cant find the reason as everything is looking normal in her activities...its just a phase or i sud go to see a doctor?

A. Dear Mom, don't worry just remember baby is now growing and wants to try new foods. Try adding more colourful foods to her plate and also cut the foods in different shapes to help the baby get attracted towards food.

A. Eat together – Even if they're currently refusing to eat, sit down and eat while they sit there, if only for a few minutes. Focus on the meal simply being a positive experience, even if your just chatting with your toddler for a few minutes while they have some food on their tray.
