my 14 months old baby boy skin is very dry after oiling it disappears in 15 minutes what should I do

After you give a bath to your child and start applying NMFE vitamin E cream to your child 2 to 3 times in a day at this cream is specifically for dry skin only and once you start using it probably will not face this problem again
