Q.
my 11 months old girl baby is having cold and fever from yesterday afternoon,i gave paracetamol drops, nasal drops and cold drops to her 4 hours once.From today morning she's normal and active but again she got fever by today evening.Now her body temperature is 103 degree, how many doses i can give her?.How many days take to settle down fever?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 11 months old suffering with cold and fever you may use paracetamol drops every fourth hourly if the temperature of the child is more than hundred degree fahrenheit along with tepid sponging with wet cloth...make sure child well hydrated.. for cold u may give steam inhalation and nasoclear nasal drops,
