my 11 month baby girl .bed se gir gai h or so ke uthi to thoda sa vomiting ki h . kya doctor ke pass le jana padhega kya

No Need as of now if your child has vomited then it is fine don’t worry about it just monitor and observe your child specifically for 24 to 48 hours if you see anything is not normal in the behaviour of a child is having some issue or anything then immediately get a check with your doctor otherwise it’s fine
