My 10month daughter is having fever 100 she’s active and not having any kind of other problems what should I do and what diet should I give her so that she can recover fast

A. the baby is 10 months of age if the baby is having fever please give paracetamol like calpol 120 to the baby can you 5ml 3 times a day depending on the need
