#asktheexpert Before one month He had food poisoning and after that his weight is now 12.5 kg. He is not having any other problems but worried about less weight. He is active having all kind of food. Not consuming any junk food also

A. So the weight will increase over the period I do not see any problem in that right now your child is having a decent amount of weight and over the period the weight is going to increase but just as of now since a child has recovered from an issue it can take time for the child to gain weight and strength again try and include more of proteins into every day diet of your child
