my 10 year old is very fair and her arms and legs are getting darker and not her face. is it any allergy

A. It It is not an allergy it could probably that you are using different products on the face and body because everybody uses different products on the body and face which is why maybe the body is turning dark or so you just use the similar products instead of the skin colour is different then you can get it checked with your doctor
