My 1-year-old and 3-month baby don’t respond to his name when he is busy doing other things. Is this normal?

A. How many times out of 10 times is your child responding to its name you check for that if it is only 7 to 8 times and that is good if it is one or two times then it is a problem in that case it is better to consult a doctor maybe your child is having a little understanding the things
