my 1 month baby is producing gadh gadh sounds while wake up since last 2 days what should I do?

feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day
use saline nasal drops six months

It Is a very normal and common sound with kids at this age so need not worry about it still if you feel that there is something wrong that it could be probably due to mild cold or a cough so you get a check with your doctor because that way you’ll have a further clarity on this
